In both options you'll have access to our FULL educational course library to teach you to understand what causes your pain, what to do, what to avoid, and what lifestyle changes you'll need to feel like yourself again.
The main difference is that in BASIC support you do NOT have chat support, 1-on-1 guidance, a plan made personally for you by Dr. Davis & Dr. Blake, or access to our main training app where we would normally build your workouts for you and track your progress.
Instead, in our BASIC membership, you'll have access to our NEW Do-It-Yourself Workout Builder app, and all the education to understand how to use it, pick the right exercises, progress/modify in a way that's right for YOUR body, and your goal is to slowly progress your strength and mobility over time.
You'll also have access to our on-demand library of stress-relief meditations and breathing practices, and our home pain-relief options.

Our program is meant to be a COMPLETE solution. Most of our clients find they do not need to do any treatment or programs outside our program, so you can stop wasting money on these endless appointments, unless you just REALLY like the feeling of hands-on treatment, then by all means do a little on the side!
You'll do best if you don't do any outside exercise beyond what is recommended inside our program. Don't worry! Our program will guide you on EVERYTHING (cardio, mobility, & strength). If you do random stuff outside our system, you'll end up skipping steps, flaring things up, and being frustrated. Let us structure everything for you.
Expect about 30–45 minutes per day, including guided exercises, short educational videos, and simple action steps. You can go faster or slower depending on your schedule — the program is flexible.
No gym required! Most exercises can be done with bodyweight or common household items. Resistance bands and/or weights are only necessary for later phases once you're ready for strength training.
Please do NOT join our program if:
- You haven't seen ANY healthcare provider who could rule out red flags.
- You have NOT been cleared for a movement based rehab approach.
- You have symptoms like foot drop, groin numbness, or incontinence (loss of control of bowel or bladder) and you have NOT yet had your doctor evaluate these symptoms to rule out red flags.
- You have other medical conditions that would make it impossible to stick to a movement based program
- You are unwilling to show up, put in the work, and communicate with us so we can help you succeed!
Here is a real MRI report from one of our clients:
"There is a posterior/left paracentral disc extrusion descending caudally measuring 17 x 8 x 11 mm resulting in impingement upon the descending left L5 rood in the left lateral recess and moderate narrowing of the thecal sac."
Does that sound familiar? It should. The MAJORITY of clients we work with have MRI findings similar to this.
As long as your doctor said it's safe to try PT or non
-surgical options, we can take it from there.This program has worked for people with:
- Disc herniations, extrusions, protrusions, bulges, and sequestrations (yes, even SEVERE)
- Nerve impingement- Stenosis
- Spondylolisthesis, anterolisthesis, and retrolisthesis- Scoliosis
- Degeneration (arthritis)
- And many other conditions...
Physical therapy and exercise are great! BUT - There are a few major limitations we need to address:
1) PT and other programs try to cherry-pick "magic exercises" that are supposed to fix pain by addressing "imbalances" or "misalignments."
- Current scientific research shows that "imbalances" and "misalignments" do NOT matter. This leads to a rehab hamster wheel.
- It makes you feel like you're broken.
- It means only someone with a clever exercise can help you (it robs you of your power to take care of yourself)
2) PT and most programs ONLY address a SMALL SCOPE of physical fitness.
- They only address a few magic muscles (core, glutes, hip flexors).
- They do NOT address FULL BODY mobility and strength.
- Therefore, they aren't preparing you for real life activities, and they definitely don't prep you for sports or intense exercise.
3) Most PT's and programs are a "ONE-TRICK-PONY".
- Exercise is great! That said, most of our clients have some other BIG issues that need to be addressed.
- Chronic pain puts your nervous system on high alert and leads to hypersensitivity, and overprotective muscle spasms.
- We need to address stress, fear, nutrition, sleep, and other lifestyle factors in addition to exercise.
- Yes, we know that some programs specialize in stress, and that's great! BUT, then THOSE programs ONLY focus on stress, and do NOTHING to address the PHYSICAL aspects of pain! Why is everyone a "one-trick-pony"??
--> Pain is not physical OR mental. It's both, and more. We need to zoom out.
4) Everyone gets the same recommendations
- Have you been to PT and felt like they were reading off a script?
- Did it feel like everyone got the same 3 exercises you did?
- Did they push you off on an assistant who barely paid attention to you?
5) Other DIY programs don't offer direct access to experts.
- You'll have 2x/wk LIVE Office Hours with Dr. Davis & Dr. Blake to personally get to know you and help you make the best decisions for your program
6) We teach you how to do this for yourself for the rest of your life.
- We want you to be able to take care of yourself forever.
- Chronic pain means that if you STOP taking care of yourself, your chances of flare-ups are higher.
- So, we need YOU to be in the driver's seat. Education & empowerment are our #1 goal.

As for HSA/FSA, we've had many people use their HSA/FSA successfully but it's up to you to know if it will be covered.
- Sometimes people need to pay for the program, and wait until they've completed it in order to request reimbursement.
- Sometimes we need to provide documentation of what our program delivers. We're happy to help however we can.
This is NOT a quick fix. This is a long-term commitment to your health.
- That said, after 12 weeks, there should be no doubt that you are moving in the right direction.
- 98% of the people who just do what they are supposed to do are happy with their progress within 12 weeks (this is data from our flagship PRO support, which uses the same progressions, protocols, and 4-Pillars Methodology).
Since many of you have had pain for such a long time, we encourage you to focus on making slow and steady progress in the following ways:
- Can you do more of the things you love?
- Can you tolerate more activity before pain stops you?- Is your quality of life improving?
- Do you feel more confident, less fearful, and less fixated on the pain?
- Are your symptoms improving in terms of frequency, duration, intensity, and function?
Often, we see more dramatic changes in areas like function, quality of life, confidence, fear, and stress BEFORE actual symptoms start to dramatically change. As long as we're improving many of these things, we're on the right path. Slow and steady wins this race.
